Tuesday’s Safer Internet Day saw the School having lots of open conversations about how we feel about using technology as well as some of the downsides of being online, from cyberbullying, spam, livestreaming and chat in games. Year 6 thought about the way they should respond to anything that upsets them and the children came up with a variety or resolutions to help them to stay safe online and protect their digital wellbeing. They also spent some time on Tuesday recording short videos using Chromebooks to talk candidly about online issues and what they would like to see change in the future, so that the internet is a better and safer place.
