After qualifying at a previous regional gala, the stage was set for Kai of Year 4 to take part in the 50m x 4 freestyle relay in the ISA National Swimming Finals. Staged at the London Aquatics Centre, home of the London 2012 Olympics, Kai’s relay team came a respectable 7th place against elite competition. Kai was supported on the day by his family, Mrs Campbell, Mr Evans and Mr Phillips, in what was a day that Kai will have found memories of – representing London North on a national stage.
