After qualifying to represent the Borough of Redbridge at an earlier event, Oskar, Eva and Niquey (Year 6 pupils) competed in the London Youth Games’ Cross Country event held at Hampstead Heath’s Parliament Hill on Saturday 19th November. All three Avon House pupils shone whilst up against the best of London runners. Eva placed 4th in her race, and both her and Oskar were the first runners to complete the circuit in their borough. An excellent effort from all 3 pupils!
