On Monday 23rd May the athletics squad went off to Bedford Athletics Stadium to compete in the ISA athletics. This is a great event with over 30 schools attending, so the competition is tough. The children have practised for a while now and was ready to show off their talent. It gives us great pleasure in saying how well all of the children competed. For some it was the first time doing long jump into a sand pit and others running 600m was quite a challenge. However, we had lots of 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. We have to sit tight to confirm our final position and to see who has qualified for the National Finals which take place in Manchester.
