An Adventurous Start to the Term

Our pupils in Years 3 -5 demonstrated their adventurous side through a series of challenging activities on their educational offsite visits yesterday. From grass sledging and aeroball (bouncing and scoring goals) to a sensory trail where they tested their courage and trust in each other by following a rope trail through an obstacle course while blindfolded, it really was a great start to the academic year.

Amaya and Arnav said ‘Our favourite was the Aeroball because you had to throw a dodgeball over the net to score 2 points and bounce on a trampoline all at the same time.’

Adam said ‘The grass sledging was one of my favourite activities, not just because it was lots fun hurtling down a hill, but also because of the fantastic views from the top. It was even fun landing
in the bushes!’
