On Wednesday 8th March, Year 4 travelled to Celtic Harmony for their trip linked to their learning on the Stone Age, despite the snowy weather! They became the wolf tribe for the day and participated in various activities and tasks around the Stone Age village. These activities included hunting and gathering food in the forest, making soup, learning about how to make fire and how to create weapons from flint.
Despite the freezing temperatures, Year 4 did their best to immerse themselves in the experience but were relieved when they got some shelter from the cold in the form of trading their money for gold coins in the shop!
The Year 4 team were very proud of the children for powering through the difficult conditions and consolidating and adding to their learning from this term.
